From the moment I walked in, they listened & understood his needs. With tears in my eyes, I let Sal take him to the back to attend to his needs, hoping he wouldnt react negatively to staff. Within 20 mins, he came out with Sal like they were long lost buddies. No need for his Muzzle! My heart is filled with gratitude for them. My chow chow will now be going there for all of his grooming needs! Highly recommend!
